SWS was incepted in 1997 with the vision to provide meaningful care, support and counselling services to engage the elderly, the sick, the lost and the lonely, irrespective of race or religion.
Counselling and Pastoral care is available for elderly SWS client users and their families (available only at Onesimus Village @ Kebun Bahru). The pastor and the pastoral care team of Salem Chapel Church supervise and provide this service with Home visitations to Block 113, 114 and 115 Ang Mo Kio Ave 3. At the centre, we focus on the total well-being of the elderly, looking into their physical, social and emotional needs. Sessions are conducted by pastoral staff who each have different expertise in dealing with the needs of the elderly.
